Cottage Villa Anne

Log cabin (60m2), living space is located on two floors.

Villa Anne is suitable for a family or six adults. You can book a separate wood-heated sauna.

Location and surroundings

Villa Anne is a nice two-story log cabin. It was built on a garden-like plot by the Taasia River. The sheltered entrance to the cottage faces towards the river and the sunset. Villa Anne has a covered open porch on the entrance side. The interior of Villa Anne was renovated in 2016 by painting the pine wood walls and the ceiling and floor.

In summertime in front of the cottage there is a lawn and garden furniture. Next to the cottage there is a spacious charcoal barbecue hut.

A hedge provides good protection between the cottages Villa Anne and Villa Henna.

Neighbors

The nearest neighbor is on the other side of the river. Over there you can mainly see the horses in the yard outside. Villa Anne is in a sheltered and quiet location.

Ground plan

The accommodation is in two floors.

From the covered porch you enter the hallway. To the right you can access the lounge area which has a small but functional kitchen. The bathroom is to the left as soon as you enter in the living room.

From the ground floor stairs lead to a semi-open, loft-type second floor. The room serves as a bedroom. The staircase has a child safety gate.

The upstairs window faces east towards the garden and has blinds. The upstairs balcony is facing the river.

Downstairs (1st floor)

The room has a divan sofa with a double bed of 150 x 200 cm. Mattresses, pillows and blankets can be found in the divan box.

There is a tea table in front of the sofa. The room has two armchairs, a TV set and a Blu-ray player with some movies.

There is also a dining table for 6. A high chair for children and extra stools are available.

Kitchen

There is a compact kitchenette with sink, a counter, a stove with an oven and a cooking hood.

On the counter there is a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a microwave. A fridge with freezer compartment is available.

There are wall cabinets for kitchen utensils and food. Below the counter there are drawers for cutlery and extra kitchen utensils.

Bathroom

Villa Anne has a spacious bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a sink with tabletops on both sides. In addition to the mirror cabinet, there are standard cabinets and drawers.

There is a potty for toddlers and a children’s toilet ring.

The mirror cabinet contains shampoo and liquid soap, toothpaste, mugs, and other accessories.

You’ll be able to find hand and body towels, napkins, a trash bin, instruction for proper hand washing, soap and disinfection liquid.  A hairdryer is provided.

Hallway

In the hallway there is a hallstand, a hat rack, a shoe rack and a mirror. Slippers in the basket for customers. There are also clothes hangers and a flashlight.

Porch

On the covered porch there is a small table and chairs.

Upstairs (2nd floor)

There are beds for four persons: A double bed, two single beds, a childrens bed and a baby cot for infants. There are a bedside table and lamps next to the bed. The door leading to the balcong.

Mattresses, pillows, blankets, etc. are naturally included. Instead, you can rent bed linen for 7 € / set (sheets + pillowcase) or bring your own. Note! Beds must always have sheets for hygiene reasons!

The waste sorting instructions

  1. Bio and mixed waste consists mainly of food and leftovers. (Trash bin under the sink)
  2. Incinerable waste, paper, cardboard, etc. (Trash bin under the sink)
  3. Glass, metal and plastic waste is placed in a separate large container.

Fire safety

The cottage has a smoke and carbon monoxide detector and a fire blanket. There is a fire extinguisher in the hallway. Safety instructions can be found here (printed in the cottage).

Cleaning and sanitation

When cleaning we take special care to prevent virus infections. Hand washing instructions are available in the bathrooms. We use ecological cleaning products.

  • Fill in the guest card, please. Thank you for adding your email address.
  • All accommodations are non-smoking. If you smoke, throw the cigarette butts in the ashtrays. Do not throw them in the yard or in the grill.
  • Do not burn candles or tea lights inside the accommodations.
  • Beds are provided with mattresses, duvets, and pillows. It is absolutely necessary to always put sheets and pillowcases on the beds (own or rented €7 per set).
  • You can wash your laundry in the washing machine in the sauna. You can find iron facilities in the accommodation.
  • The accommodation has basic cleaning equipment (broom, vacuum cleaner, mop, detergents).
  • Before your departure, wash the dishes.
  • Move all the items/containers back to their original places after moving them from one place to another.Collect debris and waste separately (bio/mixed waste; incinerable/plastic; glass, bottles and metal jars).
