Vacation Apartment Honey

Separate apartment (70m2), living space located on one floor.

Apartment Honey is a homely accommodation for six adults or a family. You can book a separate wood-heated sauna for use.

 

Location and surroundings

Apartment Honey is located in a separate building next to the music studio.

For years it served as an office, but in 2014 it was transformed into a cozy accommodation.

Next to the apartment is a small, charming barbecue hut with a gas grill.

Neighbors

The nearest neighbor is the house of the owners. The distance to the outdoor sauna is about 50 m.

Blinds in all windows of the apartment provide good privacy.

Ground plan

The rooms of Apartment Honey are on one floor.

In the porch you have access to a small hallway and from there you can continue to the spacious dining and living area.

At the other end of the room there is a separate bedroom. The entrance to the kitchen is to the right, as well as the bathroom.

Bedroom

The bedroom has two beds with spring mattresses, both 90 x 200 cm. Additionally there is a mattress bed with dimensions of 80 x 190 cm.

The bedroom has a crib as well as an extra bed for an adult. The kitchen area also has two beds, 80 x 200 cm.

Beds are provided with mattresses, mattress covers, pillows and blankets. The bedroom has night lamps. Bedsheets and pillowcases can be rented for 7 € per set or you can bring your own bedsheets with you.

The window overlooks the extensive fields. The barbecue hut provides visibility in the direction of the road. The room is towards the direction of the sunrise. The window have blinds.

Lounge area

The room’s windows overlook the fields and the garden-like courtyard. The windows facing towards the sunrise have blinds.

There are two sofas, a tea table, a piano, a TV-set and an armchair. The lamps over the windows and the foot lamp in the corner behind the sofa make the area cozier.

The room also serves as a dining area with a large dining table and chairs for 6 to 8 people.

The wooden sofa also turns into a bed.

Hallway

In the hallway there is a hallstand, a hat rack, a shoe rack and a mirror. Slippers for customers. There are also clothes hangers and a flashlight.

Kitchen

The kitchen is well equipped. It has a sink, a tap with cold and warm water, two counters, a stove with oven, a cooking hood and a fridge with a freezer. On the counter there are a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster, as well as a microwave and a spacious fridge.

There are cabinets for kitchen utensils and food. Below the counters there are drawers for cutlery and extra kitchen utensils.

The cupboard under the sink has dishwashing supplies as well as two waste bins and waste bags.

In the cleaning closet there is a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment, as well as an iron and an ironing board. A washing machine is available in the outdoor sauna.

Bathroom

In the bathroom there is a shower cabin, a sink and a toilet. There is a potty for toddlers and a children’s toilet ring.

The mirror cabinet contains shampoos and liquid soap, toothpaste and mugs etc. In the basin cabinet there are cleaning supplies. A hairdryer is provided.

You’ll be able to find hand and body towels, napkins, a trash bin, soap and disinfection liquid, as well as instructions for proper hand washing.

Porch

The apartment on the courtyard side of  Honey has a porch with a small table and chairs.

Coziness is enhanced by flowers during summertime and fairy lights and other decorations during winter.

Residents have access to a large garden area, a river and a playground.

Fire safety

The cottage has a smoke detector and a fire blanket. There is a fire extinguisher in the hallway. Safety instructions can be found here (printed in the cottage).

Cleaning and sanitation

When cleaning we take special care to prevent virus infections. Hand washing instructions are available in the bathrooms. We use ecological cleaning products.

The waste sorting instructions:

  1. Bio and mixed waste consists mainly of food and leftovers. (Trash bin under the sink)
  2. Incinerable waste, paper, cardboard, etc. (Trash bin under the sink)
  3. Glass, metal and plastic waste is placed in a separate large container.
  • Fill in the guest card, please. Thank you for adding your email address.
  • All accommodations are non-smoking. If you smoke, throw the cigarette butts in the ashtrays. Do not throw them in the yard or in the grill.
  • Do not burn candles or tea lights inside the accommodations.
  • Beds are provided with mattresses, duvets, and pillows. It is absolutely necessary to always put sheets and pillowcases on the beds (own or rented €7 per set).
  • You can wash your laundry in the washing machine in the sauna. You can find iron facilities in the accommodation.
  • The accommodation has basic cleaning equipment (broom, vacuum cleaner, mop, detergents).
  • Before your departure, wash the dishes.
  • Move all the items/containers back to their original places after moving them from one place to another.Collect debris and waste separately (bio/mixed waste; incinerable/plastic; glass, bottles and metal jars).
